1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 930k ("930k", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 930k website located at https://930k.io, including all associated services, games, betting markets, payment functions, and customer support features (collectively, the "Platform").

930k operates as a safe and reliable online betting and casino platform serving players in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all visitors and registered users of the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the 930k platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 930k strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other non-individual legal structures may not register player accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement, cooling-off period, or account suspension on the 930k Platform.

930k reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any of the above eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the 930k platform, including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing deposits and withdrawals, you must create a registered account via the 930k Login page.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (such as bKash or Nagad). You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 930k platform at any time. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all accounts associated with the player, along with forfeiture of any pending bonuses or winnings derived from prohibited duplicate-account activity.

3.3 Account Credentials

All 930k player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The currency cannot be changed after registration. All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are displayed and processed in BDT unless otherwise expressly stated.

4. Account Verification

4.3 Refusal of Unverified Accounts

930k reserves the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any withdrawal request where identity verification documents have not been provided, where documents provided are insufficient, or where there is a reasonable suspicion that the account is being used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

5. Deposits & Payments

930k accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change and may vary at the time of your transaction.

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on the 930k platform is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and your account verification status.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 930k account balance within a few minutes of a successful transaction. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. 930k is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

5.3 Own Funds Requirement

You may only deposit funds that belong to you personally. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using payment methods registered in another person's name, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

5.4 No Deposit Fees

930k does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees or charges. 930k has no control over and accepts no liability for fees charged by third-party payment services.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified account holders at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. 930k processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

930k aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours for verified accounts. Processing times for bank transfers may extend to 3–5 business days depending on the receiving bank. All times are Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

6.3 Withdrawal to Own Accounts Only

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name. Requests to withdraw to a third-party account will be declined. This policy exists to protect players from fraud and to comply with financial crime prevention obligations.

6.4 Wagering Requirements

Any bonus funds credited to your account must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus-linked funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount and any winnings derived solely from that bonus.

7.1 Bonus Eligibility

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

930k employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing low-risk hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, and using strategies that exploit bonus mechanics. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

8. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the 930k platform are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed at the time of placing a bet.

8.1 Bet Placement

A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the 930k system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed using funds from a bonus balance are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to that bonus. The minimum bet amount on any single market is ৳50.

8.2 Void Bets

930k reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were published in error, where the event outcome was known at the time of bet placement, or where there is reasonable evidence of price manipulation. Voided bets are refunded in full to the player's account balance.

8.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets on 930k are subject to automatic suspension during key match events such as wickets in cricket or goals in football. Bets submitted during a market suspension may not be accepted. Odds during live betting are updated continuously and are subject to change without notice.

8.4 Maximum Payout

The maximum payout on any single bet slip is ৳5,000,000 (five million Bangladeshi Taka). Winnings exceeding this limit will be capped at the maximum payout amount regardless of the calculated return.

9. Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the 930k platform — including slots, live dealer games, and crash games — are operated by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 9.1 RNG Games

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using alternative identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, scripts, bots, or any automated tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, technical faults, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordination with other players or third parties to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds obtained through illegal activity, including money laundering.
• Sharing account access with, or accepting bets on behalf of, any third party.
• Attempting to circumvent account restrictions, self-exclusion measures, or any other responsible gaming tools applied to your account.
• Using VPN or proxy services to mask your location for the purpose of accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 930k platform, including but not limited to the 930k brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software, is the intellectual property of 930k or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 930k platform without prior written permission from 930k.

12. Privacy & Data

930k collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

930k uses your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and responsible gaming monitoring. 930k does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

15. Amendments to These Terms

930k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 930k will notify registered players via the email address on file and will display a notification on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification.

Your continued use of the 930k platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting 930k support.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. Players are responsible for complying with local laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.
